College Fixed at age 10?

A new research revealed that "children who know at the age of 10 that they want to go to (a) university are more than twice as likely to get into the most selective colleges as those who decide in the late teens." The research suggests, earlier the better. It is for parent educators to emphasize with elementary school-aged children the importance of higher education as an expectation.
